Connect to our distribution partner Hopper through a newly streamlined process. The token required for connection is now provided in the onboarding page in Guesty, allowing for a complete self-service process in Hopper. 

  • Guesty Locks Manager - additional features
    • In addition to the automatic default code generation, Locks Manager offers the option to use the last digits of the guest phone number. Learn more
    • Open and Partner API documentation for viewing guest codes, guest backup codes, and lock information per reservation are now provided here.

  • Multi-Calendar - additional features
    • We have implemented an empty state that appears every time you navigate to the “Availability and quote” section from the multi-calendar, making clear what actions you need to take on this page.
    • To provide a clear understanding of the total number of nights related to a reservation, this is now displayed in addition to check-in and check-out dates throughout the multi-calendar.
    • The previous "Settings" button has been updated to "Customize view." This enhancement allows you to personalize the appearance of the multi-calendar. You can decide whether to show the price or minimum nights, present the listing’s title, and choose whether the block information hovers when using the multi-calendar.
    • We have introduced a new section that includes a static legend to help all you better identify the different block types (e.g. manual block, owner reservation, etc.) and to easily understand the information available on the multi-calendar.

  • Syncing a non-exclusive inventory listing's calendar

Any property that is shared between different external services, such as PMCs and advertising services, is referred to as "non-exclusive inventory". You can use iCal to sync the calendars with Guesty to avoid double bookings and reflect the listing's current availability. Learn more.

  • [BETA] Property page - updates
    • A new and improved UI to update your property address includes the ability to: pin your property on a map; use the property latitude and longitude coordinates to insert location; set property location on the Complex level; add more details on their property address.
    • Custom fields, Ownership & Licensing, and Details now have their own tabs on the Property page.
    • Multi-unit settings: This new tab with improved UI allows you to add and remove assigned units, and set reservation assignment rules.

  • Guesty Locks Manager - additional features
    • Update your lock code settings by changing the code activation and deactivation time. For example, activate the code 30 minutes before ETA to seamlessly accommodate guests who may arrive a bit early. Learn more.
    • Conveniently view a guest's lock code information in their reservation. The new Guesty Locks Manager card displays the guest code, back-up code, and status of all related locks. Learn more.
  • Owners Portal - additional features

  • Hopper integration

You can now publish your listings on Hopper directly from the Guesty platform through our new direct integration, making it easier to reach a wider audience and increase bookings. Learn more.

  • Check-in form

The check-in form will no longer allow a guest to enter their ETA before the listing's check-in time, or ETD after check-out time. If they try to enter an earlier or later time, they will get a message to "contact us" to request early check-in or late check-out. Learn more.

  • Expedia promotions sync

With the Expedia promotion sync, you can now easily apply Guesty promotions to your Expedia integration, ensuring that guests can see and enjoy lower prices. In addition, reservation managers will be able to see which promotions were applied in the reservation details within the Guesty platform. Learn more.

  • Owners Portal updates:
    • The calendar now displays a line between consecutive reservations, clearly delineating when a reservation ends from when the next reservation begins. 
    • When logging out from the Owners Portal, some owners were automatically logged back in the next time they opened the Owners Portal. A fix has been made to prevent this; if the owner logs out they will need to log back in again. 
    • [BETA]: Reserved reservations are displayed in the Owners Portal calendar to all users.

  • Fixed price coupons

Guesty now offers the ability to create fixed-price coupons in addition to percentage-based, providing more flexibility and control when it comes to offering discounts to your guests.  For example, use fixed-price coupons to create gift cards, encourage returning guests, or create “stored credit” for guests who canceled their booking instead of giving a refund. The coupons can be applied on manual bookings and via the booking engine & Booking engine API. Learn more.

  • [BETA] Accounting new disbursements flow

In the first phase for Guesty's future payout solution and bank reconciliation, the new disbursements flow in Guesty will allow for payment recording for all entities; payout recordings to be completed in bulk; partial payment to made based on transactions. Learn more.

  • [BETA] Manage Multi-unit reservations with consecutive nights

Guesty has developed an algorithm-based solution that calculates the maximum number of nights for each unit on every change and update of the calendar, and then matches this information with the number of nights requested on a per-day basis. This new capability reduces the need to move guests from one property to another during their stay, and it also helps to prevent overbookings by ensuring that the availability shown to guests accurately reflects the availability of individual properties.   • Property assignment component

Fully embedded into the Guesty platform, this payment processing solution provides industry-specific payment capabilities to enable a seamless and secure payment experience.   • Advanced Analytics: Booking Engine dashboard
The Guesty Booking Engine dashboard in Advanced Analytics gives insight into the most important data concerning your Guesty Booking Engine listings. Adaptable widgets showcase various analytics such as unique visitors to the site, click-through rate (CTR), conversion metrics, mobile stats, top search results, and more.
  • Advanced Analytics: Commission based on business models
Advanced Analytics dashboards that displays commission are now aligned with your Accounting Business Models.
  • New reservation payments management section
The payment section on the reservation page has been updated to provides an intuitive and easy-to-use experience by removing the main friction points in the previous design, and providing enriched data for more effective payment management. The new UI is reflected in the relevant Help Center articles.
  • Expedia promotions sync 
You can now easily apply Guesty promotions to your Expedia integration, ensuring that guests can see and enjoy lower prices. In addition, reservation managers will be able to see which promotions were applied in the reservation details within the Guesty platform. The promotions setup is available on Guesty's Revenue Management tab and includes all the Expedia promotion types.
  • Accounting: Owner statements transaction filtering
You can now exclude transactions with zero amount from the Owner statement. This eliminates a friction point and is a step forward in owner statement customization options. Learn more.
  • Changing account email in Airbnb no longer mandatory to connect with Guesty
Previously, to integrate an Airbnb account with Guesty, a user was required to change their Airbnb account email to an email address generated by Guesty. This flow has been updated to enable a user to skip this step for later while still completing the integration.
