You can now create and edit tasks from the mobile app, making task management even easier while on the go. Follow the steps below or watch our video to create a new task.
The following permission roles have access to this feature:
- Account Admin
- Account Manager
- Listing Admin
- Listing Manager
- Communication Agent
Step by Step:
- Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
- Click My Tasks.
- At the bottom, click + Task.
- Enter a name for the task then click Next.
- Complete the following fields:
- Assign the task to a team member.
- Select the relevant property or reservation.
- Click View more options to complete additional fields:
- Enter a description of the task.
- Select a priority.
- Enter a specific or flexible date and time for the task to be completed.
- Add a checklist.
- Select a supervisor.
- Change the task status.
- At the top right, click Save.
You can change a task status at any time by selecting the task and tapping on the status drop-down, or editing the task by clicking on the top right "edit" button.
