Collect valuable information from your guests, such as their names, email addresses, and mobile numbers, by sending a check-in form before their arrival.
Guest details override
When a guest completes the check-in form, the information updates the reservation's guest details. This overrides existing guest details.
The check-in form overrides the following guest details:
- First and last names
- Phone number: Added and marked as the primary contact number
- Email address: Added and marked as the primary email address
The check-in form doesn't override the estimated time of arrival or departure.
If a guest enters their planned arrival and departure times on a check-in form, it does not automatically update the reservation's ETA and ETD. The form instructs the guest to contact you to request an early check-in or late check-out.
Airbnb
Guesty is an officially recognized software partner of Airbnb. This grants Guesty specific off-platform capabilities under Airbnb’s updated policy, such as:
- Collecting disclosed mandatory fees and security deposits outside of Airbnb when legally required
- Managing the guest experience and communications with guests, whether optional or required by law, such as when a guest registers
