You can gather information about a guest's stay by sending them a Check-in Form prior to their arrival. Ensure that the form is completed in advance of check-in by automatically sending reminders to relevant guests. Follow the instructions below to create reminders via Workflows.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click Automations.
- At the top right, click New workflow.
- Click the Show advanced best practices link at the bottom of the pop-up.
- Select a template with the check-in form tag. These templates include the check-in form condition in the relevant Automated Message.
- Use the options on the right to set which reservations the workflow will be applied to.
- Click on the relevant step in the workflow to customize the automated message.
- Activate the workflow.
Tip:
Create a setup similar to the Automated Message that is used to send out the Check-in Forms. For example, if the Check-in Form is only being sent for reservations from certain booking channels, ensure that this reminder message follows a similar setup.
