    • Channel commission: The updated calculation aligns Guesty’s automated calculations with VRBO’s official policy to ensure financial reporting accuracy and eliminate data misalignment. Learn more.
    • Promotions: Whether you want to reward early planners or secure last-minute bookings, promotions help your listings stand out in Vrbo search results. Manage these promotions easily, right from Guesty. Learn more.
  • Guesty Booking Engine - Price transparency

The Booking Engine now displays final price by default, showing guests the total cost of their stay (including mandatory fees and taxes) upfront—from search to checkout. You can optionally switch back to base price. Learn more.

  • Guest payments - Exact VCC charges

Guesty uses the exact loaded amount and activation date provided by Booking.com and Expedia Connect to ensure the charge is successful. Learn more.

  • Rate plans - Occupancy-based meal charges

Add specific fees for meal plans (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or All-inclusive) that scale with the number of guests. Add the number of included guests, or start charging from the first guest. Learn more.

Reservations from Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (Marriott) show a full breakdown of fees and taxes in the guest folio, such as cleaning fees, community fees, damage waivers, and more. This only applies for reservations created after January 8, 2026. Learn more.
