Livjaza is a premium booking platform curated for travelers seeking exceptional stays across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and beyond. With a sharp focus on quality and guest experience, Livjaza features a hand-picked portfolio of exceptional homes from sleek city escapes in Dubai to serene coastal retreats in Fujairah. Every listing is selected to meet the expectations of travelers who stay longer and value refined luxury and hospitality.
Note:
Livjaza is currently onboarding in MENA, but open to applications from other regions.
Limitations
- Only multi-units and single units can be linked to Livjaza.
- Unlisted or inactive listings can't be published to Livjaza. Learn how to activate and list your listings.
Connect your account and listings
Follow the steps below to connect your Livjaza account and listings to Guesty.
- Register for a Livjaza account.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Locate the Livjaza thumbnail, and click Connect.
- Click Start connecting to Livjaza.
- Click Continue to connect listings.

Select a cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee if relevant, from the dropdown menus, then click Next.
You can change the cancellation policy at any time via the listing's settings.
- Choose the listings you'd like to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If you choose the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, check the boxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.

Click Done.
A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with Livjaza.
- Click Continue to dashboard.

Connect additional listings
To connect new listings after your Livjaza account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your Livjaza dashboard and follow steps 7 to 11 above.
Disconnect a listing
Follow the instructions to disconnect a listing in Guesty
Sync listing changes
Changes to listings sync to Livjaza only if the listing's status is "Live on channel". If the listing status is Pending, changes won't sync until the status changes to either "Live on Channel" or "Failed".
- Live on channel: Changes sync automatically to the channel.
- Failed: Reinitiate the connection process to sync the updates to the channel.
