Set your preferred date and time formats independently of your interface language. This allows you to work in your preferred language while using the specific regional conventions that suit your location.

Available dashboard languages

The Guesty dashboard is available in these languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • French
  • Portuguese (Portugal)
  • Portuguese (Brazil)

Note:

Guesty has removed support for several other languages. If your dashboard language is set to one that is no longer supported, you may continue using it. However, once you change your preferred language, you cannot revert to an unsupported language. New Guesty features are available only in supported languages and will appear in English if your dashboard language is unsupported.

Setting regional context for new users

When inviting new team members, Admins can define a user's regional settings during the setup process. This ensures the new user has the correct formatting from the moment they first sign in.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click icon Account.
  3. From the dropdown, under "Settings", select User management.
  4. In the top-right corner, click New user.
  5. Select the user's "Language" and "Country".
  6. Click Save & send Invite.

Note:

The system automatically applies standard formatting based on the selected country. For example, selecting "Spain" sets the user to "24h" time and "DD/MM/YYYY" by default.
