The Guesty mobile app is designed exclusively for mobile devices running iOS or Android. While it may be possible to install the app on a desktop or laptop, its features are not optimized for these platforms and may not function as intended.
Manage reservations
Use the Multi-Calendar to view and manage reservations on the fly. You can create new reservations, manually block dates, and update guest details directly from your device.
Use the app to view payment details or share an invoice. Tap
to view the Reservations screen. Select a reservation to open the side panel, then tap
to view the guest folio. Tap
to share the invoice.
Note:
While you can handle most daily reservation tasks in the app, use the desktop version to search for availability or access calendar block logs.
Communicate with guests
Tap
to stay connected with your guests using the Guesty Inbox. Tap
to filter conversations, access unread or archived views, and manage communications across all available inboxes.
To save time, use ReplyAI and saved replies to automate your responses.
Note:
Snoozing conversations and accessing the Owners Inbox are features exclusive to the desktop version.
Manage properties
Keep your portfolio up to date right from the Multi-Calendar. Tap
and select a property. You can edit the property details, view a listing’s monthly calendar to track availability, and update a listing's cleaning status just as you would on the desktop.
However, if you need to manage complexes, you must sign in to the desktop version.
Handle tasks
Tap
and select Tasks to view current and past tasks. You can add tasks to specific reservations or create calendar-based tasks on the go.
Note:
You can only see tasks assigned to you in the app. To create recurring tasks or auto-tasks, use the desktop version.
Review notifications
Enable real-time notifications to stay updated on crucial activities. You can receive alerts for:
- New bookings
- Messages from guests
- Changes to reservations
- Important activities related to your properties
For instructions on customizing these alerts, enable notifications for the mobile app.
Utilize Guesty locks manager
Ensure your guests have smooth access to your properties. The app gives you visibility into guest codes, backup codes, and code statuses (scheduled or pending). You can also manually lock and unlock doors directly from the reservation page.
Use the desktop version to set up and configure your locks (connect providers, link properties, or create team member codes).
