Using ReplyAI in your Inbox messages

Guesty’s ReplyAI is an innovative tool integrated into your Guesty Inbox, offering AI-generated responses for over 98% of your incoming messages. These responses are customized to ensure a consistent and personalized communication experience for your guests.

Guesty’s ReplyAI crafts responses that match your tone of voice, maintaining the authenticity of your communication. Incoming messages are also translated automatically, allowing you to understand and respond to guests in their language. ReplyAI will suggest responses in guests’ preferred language, ensuring clear and effective communication regardless of language barriers. 

Guesty’s ReplyAI analyzes the sentiment of incoming messages, helping you gauge the mood and tone of your guests' inquiries so you can reply accordingly.

 

Before you begin

  • ReplyAI is a freemium feature
    The feature will be available during the trial period, free of charge. After the trial period is over, you’ll be able to purchase the feature and continue using it.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for the feature to begin working after activation
    Once ready, ReplyAI will automatically begin suggesting responses for your incoming messages.

Activating/deactivating the ReplyAI feature

To start using ReplyAI, follow these simple steps.

Note:

Pro users: Only team members with certain roles can enable this feature.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Inbox icon.
  3. Select the relevant conversation thread from the left-side menu.
  4. In the reply box, click the ReplyAI button and select Use ReplyAI suggestions to opt in.
  5. If you decide that you no longer wish to use ReplyAI, you can opt-out at any time. Click on the ReplyAI button and select Turn off ReplyAI to disable the feature.

Tip:

  • To create a more personalized message, you can add variables and saved replies to the response suggested by ReplyAI.
  • ReplyAI is also available on the Guesty mobile app.
