The Guesty mobile app enables you to enjoy many of our desktop features while on the go. Tap
at the bottom of the app to open the Multi-Calendar.
You can perform the following actions to manage your listings and reservations directly from the app:

Scroll through listings: View all your listings in one smooth experience with infinity scrolling.

View date ranges: See up to two months of availability at once.

Search for listings: Tap
at the top-right corner to find a specific listing by name or nickname.

Filter your view: Tap
to filter listings by city, tags, or booking channels.

Switch to landscape: Rotate your device to switch to view up to twice as many calendar days at a time.

Create reservations: Tap Create a reservation to add a new reservation to your calendar.

See reservation summaries: Tap
and hold reservations on the Multi-Calendar to see a "Summary" pop-up, then tap to view the full details.

View reservation details: Tap a reservation on the Multi-Calendar to view the reservation in full.

View a listing's details: Tap a listing name on the Multi-Calendar to open the listing's details.

Block dates manually: Manually block available nights directly via Multi-Calendar.

Update nightly rates: Change nightly rates and minimum nights directly on the calendar.

Manage multi-units: Tap the arrow to the right of a multi-unit to expand or collapse its sub-units.
Manually block and unblock dates on the Multi-Calendar
Blocked dates are blocked across all booking channels.
Block dates
Follow the instructions below to block dates via the Guesty mobile app.
Step by step:
- Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
- In the bottom navigation bar, tap
.
- Select any available date (we recommend choosing the first day you want to block).
- In the "From" and "To" fields, select the relevant dates. Select at least two dates. To block a single night (such as February 7), select February 7–8.
- Under "Availability", tap Manually blocked.
- Optional: Add an internal note.
- Tap Save.
The block only covers part of the end date, since most of that day isn't part of the reservation — the guest(s) will only be checking out.
Unlock dates
Follow the instructions below to remove a block via the Guesty mobile app.
Step by step:
- Repeat steps 1-2 above.
- Tap the relevant block on the calendar.
- Unmark the Manually blocked checkbox.
- Tap Save.
Manually change minimum nights for a listing
You can manually change the minimum nights for a listing at any time via Multi-Calendar.
The new minimum nights will be updated across all connected booking channels.
Follow the instructions below to change the minimum night via the Guesty mobile app.
Step by step:
- Tap on a specific open date in the Multi-Calendar.
- Tap Override min nights or rates.
- Change the number of minimum nights.
- Tap Save.
Manually change a nightly rate for a listing
You can manually change a nightly rate for a listing at any time via Multi-Calendar.
The new rate will be updated across all connected booking channels.
Follow the instructions below to change a nightly rate via the Guesty mobile app.
Step by step:
- Tap an available date on the Multi-Calendar.
- Tap Override min nights or rates.
- In the "From" and "To" fields, select the relevant dates.
- Enter the new rate under "Nightly Rate".
- Tap Save.
View a listing's monthly calendar
You can view a listing's monthly calendar in the mobile app.

- Tap the property name.
- At the top right, tap

- Click the left and right arrows to move forward and backward in the calendar.
