Assign unassigned reservations
You can manually assign an unassigned reservation to a sub-unit directly from the Multi-Calendar.
Check property availability
Use the Multi-Calendar to see which of your properties are available on certain dates, by applying filters to see results according to the number of guests, city, amenity, tags, number of bedrooms or property.
The property prices displayed in the search results are the prices per night, which can be either the property's base price or the nightly rate. Once you add a property to the "Reservations cart", the price updates to include additional fees and taxes.
Only listed properties are included in the search results.
Note:
A multi-unit may appear in your search results, but display "0" (zero) availability. This happens when there are sub-units available on the selected dates, but none are available to accommodate the entire reservation.
By default, blocked properties are excluded from search results:
- Properties with a flexible block can be included by selecting Add blocked properties.
- Properties with inflexible blocks remain excluded.
If a property is assigned to a rate plan or rate strategy with availability restrictions, it won't appear on restricted days. For example, if a property has a rate strategy that prohibits check-ins on Sundays, it will not be shown when searching for availability on Sundays.
Follow the steps below to check the availability of a listing.
Step by step
- On the top right, click Find availability.
- Enter the relevant start and end dates in the pop-up calendar.
- Edit any relevant filters (e.g., guests, tags, etc.).
- Click Find properties.
-
Properties that meet your filtered criteria will appear to the left.
You can now choose how to proceed:
- Create a manual reservation for a single property: click Add next to the relevant property, then click Create reservation. Fill in the relevant details and click Create reservation
- Send a quote to a guest
- Create a group reservation
Tip:
Before relocating guests, check which properties are available for their dates.
