Filtering listings in the Multi-Calendar

Use filters to view and manage specific listings in the Multi-Calendar. Apply the available filters individually or combine them.

Available filters

You can filter the listings by:

By default, the listing status filter is set to "only listed" listings.

Note:

When you apply the bedrooms filter, the calendar shows listings with at least the specified number of bedrooms. For example, if you set the filter to 2 bedrooms, it will show all listings with 2 or more bedrooms.

Multi-units

When tag filtering is used, only the main units are included.

The sub-unit count displayed under each multi-unit automatically adjusts to show only the sub-units that match your current filter.

For example, your multi-unit property has a total of 3 sub-units: 2 are listed and 1 is unlisted. When the following Listing status filters are applied:

  • "Listed" - Shows "2 sub-units"
  • "Unlisted" - Shows "1 sub-units"
  • "All properties" - Shows "3 sub-units"

Filter listings in the Multi-calendar

Follow the steps below to apply filters.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Multi-calendar icon.
  3. At the top left, click the desired filter or filters.
  4. From the dropdown menu, either type the relevant option, select it from the list, or use the arrows to set a number.

Filter by multiple tags

When filtering listings by multiple tags in the Multi-Calendar, you may see fewer results than expected, or no results at all.

The tag filters work according to the following logic:

  • When selecting one tag, the results include all listings with that tag.
  • When selecting multiple tags, the results include all listings that have all the tags. For example, if you apply the "Pool" and "Pet-friendly" filters, only listings tagged with both will appear. A listing tagged only as "Pool" will not show up.

Therefore, using multiple tags in your filters often reduces the number of results as fewer listings meet the criteria.

Currently, filtering for listings that have any of the tags rather than all the tags is not supported. If you require a broader selection of listings, we recommend the following approach:

  1. Start by using one tag filter.
  2. Gradually add more tags to refine your results.
  3. Add city filters to further narrow down your view.
