Use the monthly calendar to schedule, track, and manage events for a selected listing. Access the calendar through the individual listing page or the multi-calendar.
Check-in and check-out restriction visibility
The monthly calendar doesn't display check-in and check-out restrictions. To view these restrictions, hover over the relevant dates in the Multi-Calendar.
Access the calendar
Choose one of the following methods to access a listing's monthly calendar.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Properties. - Select the relevant listing.
- In the left-side menu, click Calendar.

Select Calendar from the dropdown menu to view the monthly calendar.
For multi-units, the monthly calendar displays a combined calendar for all sub-units.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Multi-calendar. - In the left-side panel, select the relevant property or search for it.
- In the right-side panel, click
next to the listing's name to redirect to the selected listing's page. - In the left-side menu, click Calendar.
- Select Calendar from the dropdown menu to view the monthly calendar.
Navigate the calendar
- Use the left and right arrows to move between months.
- Click Today in the top-right corner to quickly return to the current month.
- To see what each block color represents, hover over "Calendar legend" in the top-left corner.
- Today’s date will be highlighted in blue for easy identification.
