You can update a guest's personal contact details using the Guesty mobile app. To do this, first access the Reservations page.
- Sign in to the Guesty Mobile App.
- Tap the Reservations icon
at the bottom of the screen. - Select the reservation you want to edit.
Tip:
You can access the Reservations section through the Multi-Calendar and the Inbox as well.
Multi-Calendar
- Tap the
at the bottom of the screen. - Select a reservation by tapping on the desired date.
- Tap View all information to access the reservation details.
Inbox
- Tap the
at the bottom of the screen - Open the guest's conversation thread.
- Tap the
in the top-right corner. - Tap the Reservations icon to access a reservation.
Edit the guest's personal details
- Once you've selected a reservation, tap
in the upper-right corner. - Tap Guest.
- Tap Edit next to the field you want to update.
- Update the relevant details.
- Scroll down and tap Save.
