Creating tasks
- Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
- Tap My Tasks.
- Tap + Task at the bottom.
- Enter a name for the task and tap Next.

Fill in the required details:

Assign the task to a team member.

Choose the relevant property or reservation.

Tap View more options to complete additional fields:

Enter a description.
- Select a priority level.
- Choose a specific or flexible completion date and time.
- Add a checklist.

Select a supervisor.

Adjust the task status.

To add images:

- Scroll to Comments and tap the camera icon.
- Choose Open image library.
- Grant access to your images if prompted.
- Tap and hold your preferred images.
- Tap Add and then Save.

- Tap Save at the top right.
Managing tasks
Editing tasks
- Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
- Tap Menu.
- Tap My Tasks.
- Select the task to edit, and tap Edit.
- Update the details as needed, including adding images (follow step 7 in Creating tasks).
- Tap Save at the top right.
Tip:
Change a task’s status by selecting the task and changing the status in the dropdown menu, or using the Edit button.
Adding tasks to your calendar
Select the task, and click Add this task to my Calendar. If prompted, grant access, then save the details to your mobile calendar. Choose a date and time.
Sorting tasks by name or priority
- Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
- Tap Menu.
- Select My tasks.
- Tap the Sort icon at the top right.
- Choose to sort by Name (A-Z), Priority, or by Schedule.
- Tap Save at the top right.
Assigning a task to yourself
- Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
- Tap My Tasks.
- Select the task you want to assign to yourself.
- Tap Edit and assign the task to yourself.
- Tap Save at the top right.
