Note:
- The status can be changed for reservations from Vrbo (including via Rentals United), Misterb&b (Pro users only) Guesty manual reservations, and Booking Website reservations (Pro users only). If a reservation status does not sync between a booking channel and Guesty, please contact us.
- Once a reservation's status is changed to Cancelled/Closed/Declined, it cannot be reverted back to active status.
- Some booking channels do not allow editing specific details. Fields that can be edited are clickable or feature a drop-down icon.
- A Vrbo reservation's status should not be changed in Guesty from "Inquiry" to "Confirmed". Learn more.
- Be sure to change a Vrbo reservation status to "Canceled" only through the reservation page.
Editing a reservation's status via the Reservation page
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Operations mode.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Next to Summary, click the pencil icon.
- Under "Status", select a new reservation status from the drop-down.
- Next to Summary, click the blue Change button.
Editing a reservation's status via the Multi Calendar
Step by step:

Sign in to your Guesty account.

In the top navigation bar, click the Multi Calendar icon to the left.

Locate and click the relevant reservation on the Multi Calendar.

In the Widget sidebar on the right, click the
icon.

At the top of the Widget, click the pencil icon.

Click Status and Channel.

Under Status, click the drop-down icon.

From the drop-down, select a new reservation status.

At the top of the Widget, click Save.
Editing a reservation's status via the Inbox widget
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Inbox icon to the left.
- From the left sidebar, click Guests Inbox.
- Click the relevant message thread.
- In the Widget sidebar on the right, click the
icon.
- At the top of the Widget, click the pencil icon.
- Click Status and Channel.
- Under Status, click the drop-down icon.
- From the drop-down, select a new reservation status.
- At the top of the Widget, click Save.
Tip:
If the guest has multiple reservations, you will see an arrow next to the confirmation code at the top of the Widget. Click the arrow and select the relevant reservation from the drop-down.Editing a reservation's status via the Reservation page
