The Guesty Mobile App lets you manage reservations, communicate with guests, and handle property management tasks on the go. This guide outlines the app’s key features and highlights actions exclusive to the desktop version.

Important:

The Guesty Mobile App is designed exclusively for mobile devices running iOS or Android. While it may be possible to install the app on a desktop or laptop, its features are not optimized for these platforms and may not function as intended.

 

Managing reservations

  • Multi-Calendar: View and manage reservations directly from the Multi-Calendar. 
  • Guest details: Update guest details quickly for efficient management. 
  • Create a new reservation: Add new reservations directly from the app. 
  • Manage payments: View and manage payment details for reservations. 
  • Create manual blocks: Manage manual blocks with ease.
  • Share invoice: Access and share reservation invoices by selecting Financials widget in the Reservation page, and clicking the share button.

Note:

The desktop version supports additional reservation features, such as searching for availability and accessing calendar block logs

Handling tasks

Note:

Creating recurring tasks and auto-tasks is only available on the desktop version. Users can’t see tasks they aren’t assigned to. 

Notifications

Stay connected with real-time notifications through the Guesty mobile app. Enabling notifications keeps you updated on the following:

  • New bookings
  • Messages from guests
  • Changes to reservations
  • Important activities related to your properties

Guesty locks manager

  • Offers visibility of guest codes, backup codes, and code statuses (scheduled/pending) on the reservation page.
  • Allows you to manually lock and unlock doors directly from the reservation page.
  • Essential functionalities are available on the mobile app for quick access management.
    Critical visibility and control over lock management for property managers.
  • The main features, such as connecting providers/locks, linking/unlinking properties, and creating team member codes, are accessible only on the desktop version.
