You can view and edit the location of your property at any time.
For each listing in Guesty, you can set two types of addresses:
- The listing address (the full address)
- The published address
If you only set the listing address, it will be the default address that appears on the booking channels, the booking website, and quotes that are sent to the guest through the Inbox or Multi-Calendar.
Important:
- To prevent fraud, Airbnb doesn't allow changing an address once a listing has been published. Reach out to Airbnb's support team for more information.
- Once you publish a listing to Vrbo, the listing address can only be updated manually by Vrbo Support. Any change made to the address in Guesty will not be reflected in Vrbo and may be viewed by Vrbo as attempted fraud.
Follow the instructions below to view and edit your listing's address.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In case of a multi-unit, navigate to the main unit.
- In the listing's menu, under "Details & Layout", click Location & details.
- Next to "Full Address", click Edit.
- Editing a complex's address will override any connected sub-units' addresses.
- Fill In the requested fields.
- If your address does not appear in the drop-down, click Manual Override under the map.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
