View listings according to the filters and columns you choose. Want to see only listings in a specific city? Create a custom report for it. You can also create your own filters by using Custom Fields. Follow the instructions below.
Creating a custom report
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Next to Filters, click the plus icon. Alternatively, click Columns.
- Add the desired filters. Then, click SAVE AS NEW CUSTOM REPORT.
To view the custom report, in the top left, click the downward arrow next to the name of the current report.
Note:
You can remove filters from the custom report you created, and then save it as a new custom report.
Tip:
You can download or share your custom reports at any time. Do you want to add some more filter options? Simply add tags. If you need to run a report using fields that are not available, please contact us.
Important:
The Cancellation Policy column represents Airbnb reservations only. The cancellation policies of other booking channels are not displayed.
