You can add new contacts and edit existing contacts in Guesty.
Note:
- Learn about the different types of contacts in Guesty here
- Because contacts are linked with reservations and other data, they cannot be deleted
If there is a case where you need a contact to be deleted, please contact us. - There are several ways to reach your contacts' details, learn more here
- You can set a primary contact number for your guests and other phone book contacts
Follow the steps below to add new contacts:
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Guest experience mode.
- Click Contacts.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click New contact.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- Click Save.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Other and select Contacts.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click New contact.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- Click Save.
Note:
If a contact's email or phone number already exists on the Contacts page, you will see an error message stating: "This email already belongs to one of your guests"
Follow the steps below to edit a contact:
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Guest experience mode.
- Click Contacts.
- Click the relevant contact.
- In the contact profile, hover over the field you want to update and click Edit when it appears on the right end of the field.
- Make the necessary changes and click Save.

- Select the relevant contact.
- In the contact profile, hover over the field you want to update and click Edit when it appears on the right end of the field.
