You can set a primary phone number for your contacts, whether they are guests (listed in the "Contacts" section) or other recorded contacts (listed in the "Phone Book" section). When a contact has only one phone number, that number will be set as the primary number by default.
Note:
- There is more than one way to edit a guest's number (including setting his primary number). To learn more, click here.
- There can only be one phone number for each of your vendors and owners.
Setting a Primary Number via Contacts
The Contacts section allows you to add new guests that haven't booked a reservation before. Follow the instructions below to set a contact's primary phone number.

- Hover over "People" on the dashboard's navigation bar.
- Click Contacts.
- Click on the relevant contact.
- Navigate to "Contact Details".
- Hover over the Contact Details section, and an "Edit" button will appear to the right. Click on Edit.
- Under "Phone", hover over the field of the relevant number, and click on the star icon to the right. The primary number will be indicated by a blue star.
Setting a Primary Number via Guest Book
The Phone Book section allows you to add new contacts that are not guests or vendors. For example, the local taxi station that can be used to bring your guests from the airport to the property. Follow the instructions below to set a primary number for a Phone Book contact.

- Click Phone Book.
- Click on the relevant contact.
- Navigate to the "Phones" section.
- Hover over the relevant phone number, and an empty star will appear to the right. Click on the star. The primary number will be indicated by a white star.
