Helping Owners Block Dates for Personal Stays

The Owners Portal is a website, separate from the Guesty dashboard, where your property owners can view data about their properties, earnings, block dates for their own personal stays, and more. Owners can block off the calendar at their listings for their own personal stays. The selected dates will be blocked in all booking channels. Guesty fees are not applied to owners' reservations. 

Note:

When an owner reservation is created on a listing that is set up with smart calendar rules, the dates for the related listing will also be blocked according to the smart rules. Owner stays cannot be booked if the Annual Nights limit has been reached. However, owner stays can be booked even if the reservation request is outside the listing's minimum/maximum nights range.

Step by Step:

  1. Sign in to Owners Portal.
  2. Select the relevant listing.
  3. Click a date on the calendar.
  4. Enter the relevant check-in and check-out dates.
  5. Enter the expected arrival and departure times.
  6. Click Reserve.
