Advanced Analytics Advanced Analytics provides in-depth analytical data and an overview of your company's performance over time for all listings in your account.
Advanced Website Guesty Websites allows Guesty users to create and maintain their own branded booking websites from scratch, directly from Guesty.
GCS Our Guest Service Experts work 24/7 to ensure you won’t miss any inquiries or booking requests, and that your guests receive highly professional and hospitable service.
GDH Premium Channels

You can see which channels you are connected to through your  Guesty account by clicking on the mode selector and selecting Distribution.

GuestVerify GuestVerify is Guesty's guest verification and screening solution, providing identity verification and fraud prevention to help you rent with confidence. Charges apply per verified guest or reservation.
Guesty Connect Guesty Connect enables seamless integration of your everyday work tools (for example, Slack or HubSpot) with your Guesty account. The associated charge covers the usage of these connected integrations.
Guesty Liability Coverage Guesty Liability Coverage provides comprehensive liability protection for reservations, safeguarding your business against guest-related liability claims during their stay.
Guesty Locks Manager Guesty Locks Manager allows Guesty users to manage every smart lock you use remotely – all from one dashboard.
Guesty Price Optimizer (GPO) Guesty PriceOptimizer is a data-driven, machine-learning tool that gives you recommendations for your listings' nightly rates based on different time period intervals.

Guesty Travel Protection Guesty Travel Protection is Guesty's travel insurance offering, allowing guests to protect their reservations. Related fees and commissions associated with this product appear as a dedicated line item on your invoice.
Guesty Ultimate Guesty Ultimate is a comprehensive package designed to elevate your vacation rental management.
Listing Activation Fee Users with a revenue share billing plan (commission) who have listings that are both active and listed, but with no active reservations during the past month, may be charged a listing activation fee.
Monthly Minimum Fee The Minimum Monthly Fee (MMF) is a contractually negotiated term that doesn't depend on the type of billing plan you have: percentage, fixed fee, or a hybrid of the two.
Onboarding One-time charge for onboarding to the Guesty platform.
Payment Gateway Fee % The Payment Gateway Fee (also known as the Platform Fee) is a charge associated with enabling payment processing services in the Guesty platform for GuestyPay, Merchant Warrior, and Hyp.
Sandbox A sandbox account is a controlled testing environment that allows you to build and test your Guesty account.
Software Basic fixed fee per listing or a Revenue share (calculated as a percentage of the total payout for a reservation from a listing)
Software Proration - Guesty PMS - Per Listing Proration

Guesty begins billing a listing as soon as it’s activated.

  • If you’re on a fixed fee per listing subscription, the first month’s subscription fee is proactively billed on the last day of that month.
  • If you're on a revenue share (commission-based) billing plan and have an active listing without any reservations in the past month, a $1 fee will apply to maintain the listing's active status.
