Understanding your Guesty invoice

You can view your billing history from your Guesty account.

Below is an overview of the various types of invoice charges/fees offered by Guesty, detailing each charge and its description:

Software	Basic fixed fee per listing or a Revenue share (calculated as a percentage of the total payout for a reservation from a listing)
Software Proration - Guesty PMS - Per Listing Proration	Guesty begins billing a listing as soon as it’s activated. If you’re on a fixed fee per listing subscription, the first month’s subscription fee is proactively billed on the last day of that month. If you're on a revenue share (commission-based) billing plan and have an active listing without any reservations in the past month, a $1 fee will apply to maintain the listing's active status.
Guesty Shield (Damage Protection or Screen & Protect)	Guesty Shield: Guesty Damage Protection for US and Mexico Guesty Screen & Protect for Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Spain, UAE, UK View the reservations covered by Guesty Shield. Note: if you are on the Ultimate Package, the 33% discount will not appear in the breakdown. However, it will be automatically applied to your invoice.
Accounting	One-time Accounting Onboarding Fee.
Accounting Module	Accounting by Guesty is a premium service. Easily organize and keep track of your business finances with Guesty’s accounting solution and owner financial management.
Payment Gateway Fee %	The Payment Gateway Fee (also known as the Platform Fee) is a charge associated with enabling payment processing services in the Guesty platform for GuestyPay, Merchant Warrior and Hyp.
Advanced Analytics	Advanced Analytics provides in-depth analytical data and an overview of your company's performance over time for all listings in your account.
Advanced Website	Guesty Websites allows Guesty users to create and maintain their own branded booking websites from scratch, directly from Guesty.
Guesty Ultimate	Guesty Ultimate is a comprehensive package designed to elevate your vacation rental management.
Guesty Locks Manager	Guesty Locks Manager allows Guesty users to manage every smart lock you use remotely – all from one dashboard.
Listing Activation Fee	Users with a Revenue share billing plan (Commission), who have listings that are both active and listed but with no active reservations during the past month, you may be charged a Listing Activation Fee.
Guesty Price Optimizer (GPO)	Guesty PriceOptimizer is a data-driven, machine-learning tool that gives you recommendations for your listings' nightly rates based on different time period intervals.
GCS	Our Guest Service Experts are working 24/7 to ensure that you won’t miss any inquiries or booking requests and that your guests will receive a highly professional and hospitable service.
Onboarding	One time charge for onboarding to the Guesty platform.
Sandbox	A sandbox account is a controlled testing environment that allows you to build and test your Guesty account.
GDH Premium Channels	You can see which channels you are connected to through your Guesty account by clicking on the mode selector and selecting Distribution. Invoice line item	The Minimum Monthly Fee (MMF) is a contractually negotiated term that doesn't depend on the type of billing plan you have: percentage, fixed fee, or a hybrid of the two.
