Setting up Guesty's Damage Protection

Use Guesty's Damage Protection to make sure you receive compensation for damages caused by guests during their stay without having to confront them. Follow the instructions to set up Damage Protection or watch the video below.

 

 

Step by Step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the shield icon.
  3. Click View plans.
  4. Fill in the information in the steps detailed below or learn more here.
    1. Choose the most relevant coverage plan and click Next in the top-right corner.
    2. Review the default property setup, change if needed, and click Next in the top-right corner.
    3. Review the coverage plan details, read and agree to the terms and conditions, and click Confirm in the top-right corner.
Once completed, reservations that are covered by the Damage Protection plan and were checked out will be billed at the end of the month.

Tip:

You can view the Damage Protection plan and file a claim through the reservation page of the relevant reservation.
