You can easily see what changes were made to a reservation using the reservation log.
Follow the steps below to access the activity log of a reservation:
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Select the Activity log tab on the reservation sub-menu.

Use the reservation log to track the following activities, and see the name of the user who made them. Dates and times reflect your device's time zone.
- Reservation creation date
- Reservation status change
- Property name change
- Change in check-in or check-out dates
- Custom fields update
- Change in the number of guests
- Update in a note
- Reservation cancellation
