Tracking changes made to a reservation

You can easily see what changes were made to a reservation, using the reservation log.

To access the log, navigate to the relevant reservation page, and scroll down to the bottom left section.

Use the reservation log to track the following activities, and see the name of the user who made them.

Dates and times reflect your device's time zone.

  • Reservation creation date
  • Reservation status change
  • Property name change
  • Change in check-in or check-out dates
  • Custom Fields update
  • Change in the number of guests
  • Update in a note
  • Reservation cancellation
