You can easily see what changes were made to a reservation using the reservation log.

Follow the steps below to access the activity log of a reservation:

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Reservations.
  3. Click the relevant reservation.
  4. Select the Activity log tab on the reservation sub-menu.

Use the reservation log to track the following activities, and see the name of the user who made them. Dates and times reflect your device's time zone.

  • Reservation creation date
  • Reservation status change
  • Property name change
  • Change in check-in or check-out dates
  • Custom fields update
  • Change in the number of guests
  • Update in a note
  • Reservation cancellation
