Assigning a multi-unit reservation to a sub-unit via Multi-Calendar

You can view and manage all of your multi-unit listings and reservations in one place using Guesty's Multi-Calendar. If any upcoming reservations are not yet assigned to sub-units, an indication like thiswill appear in the Multi-Calendar next to the name of the relevant property. Follow the instructions below to assign these reservations to sub-units.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click the Calendar icon.
  3. On the left side, clicknext to the relevant multi-unit listing.
  4. In the sidebar on the right, click the name of the relevant multi-unit listing.
  5. Click the relevant reservation.
  6. Under "Assigned unit", select a sub-unit from the drop-down.
  7. Click Save.

When relocating a guest to a different listing via the Guesty mobile app, only the listings available for the specific dates will be displayed

Note:

If you have added filters in Multi-Calendar, such as viewing listings in certain cities or those with certain tags, only the filtered listings will be displayed in the sidebar on the right.
