Create the listing in Guesty:
Create your single-unit, multi-unit, or complex listing with all the required information.
Your listing must have the following basic configurations:Your listing must have beds. Learn how to set up your room arrangement.
Make sure the property type in Guesty matches a real Airbnb category.

Your listing must have a resolution of at least 1200 x 800 pixels. Learn more about managing your listing's photos.
When linking, a minimum of 1 photos is required.
When publishing, a minimum of 8 photos is required.
You listing's written content must follow Airbnb's Content Policy.
Your listing's minimum nights must follow local regulations for your country and city.
Your listing's cleaning fee and pet fee don't exceed its base price.

List a new listing to prepare the listing for connection.
Important:
This action is a prerequisite to connect the listing to Airbnb and doesn't automatically enable new reservations. If this toggle is off, you'll see an error on the Airbnb integration page in Guesty and you won't be able to connect the listing.

Connect your listing to Airbnb:
Since you've created your listing in Guesty, you can either publish it as a new listing to Airbnb, or link it to an existing Airbnb listing. Learn more about the connection methods below.
