A base price is the default rate of your listing per night. You can set base prices separately for weekdays and weekends. You must set a base price to list a property on booking channels.
Base prices apply to dates when the rate hasn't been adjusted by pricing tools (for example, a third-party pricing tool, or a manual adjustment via the calendar).
When importing a listing from Airbnb, the listing's base price is synced to Guesty.
Important:
A listing’s base price can't be lower than $10 or higher than $25,000. If you need to set a rate outside these parameters, contact us.
