Setting a listing's base price

This article is relevant for:

A base price is the default rate of your listing per night.
You can set base prices separately for weekdays and weekends.

Base prices apply to dates when the rate has not been changed by revenue management or financial tools (for example, a third-party pricing tool, or a manual adjustment via the calendar).

A listing’s base price cannot be lower than $10 USD.

Setting a listing's weekend base price

Follow the instructions below:

Sign in to your Guesty account.
In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
Click Properties.
Click the relevant listing.
For a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings. The change will be applied to the sub-units.
In the left-side menu, click Pricing & Policies.
From the drop-down, click Pricing.
Next to "Base Price", click Edit.
Enter the relevant nightly price under "Weekends - Base price".
Click Save.

If you have a weekend price set up in Airbnb, it will be applied in Guesty.

Follow the instructions below:
