A base price is the default rate of your listing per night.
You can set base prices separately for weekdays and weekends.

Base prices apply to dates when the rate has not been adjusted by pricing tools (for example, a third-party pricing tool, or a manual adjustment via the calendar).

Important:

A listing’s base price cannot be lower than $10 USD, or higher than $25,000 USD. If you need to set a rate outside these parameters please contact us.
