Reservations: Unable to move a guest to another listing

Have more questions? Submit a request
You can move a guest's reservation from one listing to another via Guesty. See our troubleshooting guide below if you are experiencing issues doing when doing so.

Minimum nights

The number of minimum nights set on the destination listing may be lower than that of the original listing. Learn how how to change the minimum nights on the destination listing's calendar.

Manual calendar blocks

You can block dates on a listing's calendar at any time. The dates on the destination listing may have been manually blocked. Check to see if this is the case and unblock them if relevant.

Calendar availability

The availability settings on the destination listing may be preventing the change. The listing's calendar may be blocked by the following items.

Click the above links to learn how to adjust these settings.

Check the reservation's guest invoice (Booking.com reservations)

As Booking.com has improved its handling of guest invoices, some Booking.com reservations may need to be updated in Guesty before any changes can be made to them. This could be preventing the change. Learn more.

Multi-units reservations

Pro users only:
If you are unable to reassign a multi-unit reservation to a different sub-unit, you may need to reassign the reservation to a different multi-unit first, if the destination sub-unit is in that multi-unit.
