Filtering Inbox messages for extended stay reservations


Complement your short-term rentals business by offering extended stays. Learn how to optimize your setup in Guesty to easily manage these listings.

Use filters in Guesty's Inbox to view the most relevant guest conversations. Save a set of filters at any time. Follow the instructions below to view messages related only to your listings that offer extended stays.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click .
  3. In the left side-bar, click Guests inbox.
  4. On the left side, click the icon to open filters.
  5. Under the "Listings" filter, select your extended stay listings.


Added an extended stay tag to your listings? Select "ExtendedStay" from the drop-down under the "Listing tags" filter instead of completing step five.

  1. Click Apply.
  2. Click Save as a new view under the Filter icon.
  3. Enter a name for the saved set of filters, such as "Extended Stays".
  4. Click Save.


See the saved set of filters in the left-most vertical toolbar.
