Assign a conversation thread in the Guesty Inbox to the most relevant user in your account to make sure the issue is handled correctly and in a timely manner. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click .
- From left side-bar, select Guests inbox.
- On the left, select the relevant message.
- At the top of the conversation thread, click Unassigned.
- From the drop-down, select the relevant user or search for their name.
The user will receive a push notification on their mobile app that a conversation was assigned to them.
