Assigning a conversation to a user

Assign a conversation thread in the Guesty Inbox to the most relevant user in your account to make sure the issue is handled correctly and in a timely manner. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click .
  3. From left side-bar, select Guests inbox.
  4. On the left, select the relevant message.
  5. At the top of the conversation thread, click Unassigned.
  6. From the drop-down, select the relevant user or search for their name.
The user will receive a push notification on their mobile app that a conversation was assigned to them.
