Use saved views to customize, save, and name a set of filters for specific messages within the Guesty Inbox. Switch between saved views at any time. The filters apply to the current set of messages displayed. For example, the filters set in the main inbox view won't apply when viewing snoozed and archived messages.

Create a saved view

Follow the instructions below to create a saved view.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Inbox.
  3. In the Inbox submenu, click Guests and select All from the dropdown.
  4. Next to the search bar, click .
  5. Select the desired set of filters.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click Save custom view.
  8. In the pop-up, enter a name for the saved view.
  9. Click Create view.

Saved views are listed alphabetically under Guests. Select any saved view to see the messages associated with it.

Delete a saved view

Follow the steps below to delete an existing saved view. You can't restore a deleted saved view.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Inbox.
  3. In the Inbox submenu, click Guests to open the views list.
  4. Hover over the name of the saved view and click  Trash icon.
  5. Click Permanently delete this view.
