When linking a listing to Guesty, existing Booking.com reservations with future check-in or check-out dates are automatically imported to Guesty. These reservations are created in a non-XML format, with only basic details, such as the guest's name, the reservation dates, and the room rates. Guest details, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card details are not received in Guesty and must be added manually. The number of guests may also need to be added manually. Any changes you make to these reservations via Booking.com (such as canceling a reservation, updating the accommodation fare, etc.) won't sync to Guesty. Contact us if you need to update these reservations.
Reservations with past dates will not be imported to Guesty when you link a listing. Learn more about uploading past reservations manually.
Future reservations, created after linking your listing, will be generated in an XML format with their full details.
