Importing your Booking.com reservations while linking a listing

When linking a listing to Guesty, existing Booking.com reservations with future check-in or check-out dates are automatically imported to Guesty. These reservations are created in a non-XML format, with basic details such as the guest's name, the reservation dates, and the room rates.

The following data doesn't sync with Guesty when importing existing reservations and must be added manually:

  • Guest details such as email addresses, phone numbers.
  • Guest credit card details.
  • The number of guests.
  • Reservation alterations, such as canceling a reservation, updating the accommodation fare, etc,  made via Booking.com.
  • Messages with guests before the reservation is imported.

Contact us if you need to update these reservations.

Future reservations created after linking your listing will be generated in an XML format with their full details. Reservations with past dates won't be imported to Guesty when you link a listing.
