Importing your Booking.com reservations while linking a listing

When linking a listing to Guesty, your existing Booking.com reservations (with future check-in or check-out dates) will automatically be imported to Guesty. These reservations are created in a non-XML format, with only basic details, such as the guest's name, the reservation dates, and the room rates. 

Any guest's details, including email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card details are not received in Guesty and must be added manually.

Any changes you make to these reservations via Booking.com (such as canceling a reservation, updating the accommodation fare, etc.) won't sync to Guesty. If you need to update these reservations, please contact us.

Future reservations, created after linking your listing, will be generated in an XML format with their full details.
