You can add a new payment method to a reservation. Follow the instructions below.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, then select Operations.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Click Balance Due / Payout in the grey banner at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to the "Payments" section.
- To the right of "Payments", click More actions, then Add payment method.
- In the pop-up, fill in the relevant information.
- The only optional field is "State".
- Be sure to enter an actual address. Entering "NA" may prevent the validation of the created card details and lead to failed/disputed payments.
- Click Add new payment method.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Multi-Calendar icon
.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Click the full-screen icon
to open the reservation page.
- Click Balance due / Status in the gray banner at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to the "Payments" section.
- In the "Payments" section, click Add payment method under "Payment method".
- In the pop-up, fill in the relevant information.
- Be sure to enter a valid address. Entering "NA" may cause the payment to fail or be disputed.
- Click Add new payment method.
