How can I mark the reservation as paid?

In some occasions, you may want to manually collect or record payments, balance out the reservation, and mark it as fully paid.

In order to charge the remainder of the payment, you can perform one of the below actions:

 

Charge auto payments early

We recommend using auto payments to charge your guests. Auto payments are scheduled per specific rules you create for your listings. If you want to charge the scheduled auto payments ahead of time, follow the instructions in this article

 

Record a payment collected outside of Guesty

If your guests want to pay you in cash, or you want to use an external payment processor, you can record a payment collected outside of Guesty

Note:

If there are pending auto payments in the reservation, you need to cancel them first, otherwise you will not be able to record payments with the same amount.

 

Charge the payment manually

Follow the instructions in this article

 

Completing any of the above scenarios according to your needs, will mark the reservation as "Fully paid".
