Collecting a payment manually

Once you have connected your account to a payment processor, you have the option to insert credit card information and charge cards manually for reservations. You can either charge cards immediately or schedule the payment for a future date. Follow the instructions below for more information.

Before you begin

  1. If a listing is assigned to a different payment processor after credit card information has been added, you will need to re-add the credit card information in order to complete a manual payment. If you are unable to add payments to a reservation, click here for more information.
  2. If a payment is collected manually before a booking is confirmed, Auto Payment rules will not apply. If you have a remaining balance to charge the guest after confirmation, you will need to charge them manually.
