When you connect your Vrbo listings to Guesty, the associated data is synced between Guesty and Vrbo using a full sync connection type. With full sync, Guesty acts as the System of Record (SOR) for Vrbo. All listing and reservation data is managed in Guesty and automatically syncs with Vrbo. Sync times can take between one and 24 hours as follows:

In Guesty Basic fees Cleaning fee: You can add or edit a listing's cleaning fee to a listing at any time, which applies to new reservations automatically. Extra person fee: You can limit the number of guests that are included in the price of a reservation and charge extra guest fees for those reservations that exceed the total number. The extra person/guest fee is added for each night of the reservation per extra guest. Pet fee: If you want your pet fee to sync with Vrbo, ensure your listing settings allow pets and then add the pet fee to each listing individually.
