Beta: Navigating the Guesty Inbox

The inbox is your central hub for guest communication, helping your team stay aligned and respond faster.

To access the inbox, in the side navigation menu, click Inbox. Review the sections below to streamline your communications.

On the left side of the page, under the "Inboxes" section, choose which inbox to view:

Click Manage to manage additional integrations, such as WhatsApp Business.

Under "All conversations," you can view, search, or filter communications related to the category chosen under the "Inboxes" section.

To the right of the "All conversations" section, you can view the selected conversation thread, send a message, mark as read or unread, snooze, archive, or translate messages.

On the right side of the page are the Inbox widgets.

SMS and WhatsApp message logs availability

Guesty provides SMS and WhatsApp message logs from the past 14 days only. We can't retrieve or check logs outside that timeframe.
