Mid-stay relocation allows you to move guests between units during an active direct reservation while maintaining the same reservation ID and confirmation code, without needing to cancel and rebook.
Requirements
- You can only relocate guests during an active reservation—after check-in and before check-out.
- Both listings must share the same currency, time zone, and country.
Financial considerations
Limitations
- Relocation isn't possible if a locking period prevents updates to historical data.
- Once completed, relocations can’t be modified or reversed. If needed, you can relocate the guest again.
- Guests can’t return to previously stayed units within the same reservation.
- After a relocation, reservation changes can only be made on the last property.
Owners
- Owner reservations can't be relocated.
- For non-accounting users, the "Estimated owner's revenue" data field is temporarily unavailable for accounts with mid-stay relocation enabled.
