If you encountered a problem linking an existing Guesty listing to a Booking.com listing, check our troubleshooting below to resolve the issue.
Important:
A listing must be either in "Connected" or "Failed" status to be able to disconnect it. If the listing is stuck in Pending status for more than 3 days, please contact us.
Identify the error in the Booking.com dashboard
Step by step
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the icon dropdown menu and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- Click the relevant account
- In the relevant listing row, check the "Status" column. If the status is "Failed', click Show more to the right.
- See if there is a recommended action you can take.

- Select Booking.com.
- In the relevant listing row, check the "Status" column. If the status is "Failed', click Learn more to the right (see below).
- See if there is a recommended action you can take.
