Troubleshooting: Unable to link a Booking.com listing

If you encountered a problem linking an existing Guesty listing to a Booking.com listing, check our troubleshooting below to resolve the issue.

Important:

A listing must be either in "Connected" or "Failed" status to be able to disconnect it. If the listing is stuck in Pending status for more than 3 days, please contact us.

Identify the error in the Booking.com dashboard

Step by step

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the icon dropdown menu and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
  5. Click the relevant account
  6. In the relevant listing row, check the "Status" column. If the status is "Failed', click Show more to the right.

  7. See if there is a recommended action you can take.
