Reorganizing unit structure for Booking.com

Guesty supports single units, multi-units and complexes property types.

Multi-units

A multi-unit is a group of sub-units that are identical or similar in size and appearance. In Booking.com, these sub-units are rooms of the same type, under one Hotel ID.

Instead of having 10 similar single units or apartments, you can create one multi-unit with an allotment of 10 sub-units in Guesty.

Complexes

A complex is hotel-like property with different types of room types at the same address, that exists under the same Hotel ID.

A complex can be comprised of:

  • Single units (with no "sub" units)
  • Multi-units (several sub-units of the same type)
  • Or a combination of single units and multi-unit

Note:

Complexes must be linked between Guesty and Booking.com, and can't be published.
