Reorganizing unit structure for Booking.com

Besides single units, Guesty supports multi-units and complexes as additional property types.

Multi-units (Pro users):

A group of sub-units that are similar or identical in size and appearance. In the context of Booking.com, these sub-units are rooms of the same type, under one Hotel ID.

Instead of having 10 similar single units, or apartments, you can create one listing with an allotment of 10 sub-units in Guesty, as one multi-unit.

Complexes:

A hotel-like property with different types of room types at the same address (under the same Hotel ID).

A complex can be comprised of single units (with no "sub" units), multi-units (several sub-units of the same type), or a combination of these two. Lite users can only have single units under a complex

You can reorganize your existing listings and turn a group of single units into a multi-unit (Pro users), and turn a group of single units and/or multi-units (Pro users) into a complex. Follow the instructions below based on your unit restructuring needs.

Reorganizing into a multi-unit (Pro users)
