A recurring owner charge or expense can only be added through a business model. You can add them when creating a new business model or editing an existing one.
You can add a regular owner charge or expense through a transaction, but it will not be recurring.
If you want to apply a recurring owner charge or expense to your Guesty Booking Engine, make sure that both Booking Engine and website sources are checked under the "Manual Reservations" field in the "Conditions" section. If you see multiple instances of "website" and "Booking Engine", select all of them. Click Save and reprocess so the changes will apply to every reservation.
