A reservation is missing from the owner statement

After your owner statements are set up, we automatically generate them for you at the beginning of each month to provide a summary of an owner's income from the calendar month before the statement was generated.

If the owner statement was generated but you know a specific reservation is missing from it, follow the instructions below to understand what happened and fix the issue. Regenerate the owner statement when you are done to see if the missing reservation is there.

Step by step:

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Reservations and find the missing reservation. You can follow these instructions if needed.
  2. Click the reservation. It will open in a new tab.
  3. In the banner at the top of the new tab, click Balance due/Payout. 
  4. Scroll down and check if the reservation has an "Accounting folio":
    • Has the folio:
      1. Click Re-process reservation.
      2. In the pop-up, click Reprocess and make sure it has the right business model.
      3. Click Done.
    • Does not have the folio:
      1. In the banner at the top of the new tab, find the reservation's listing and remember it.
      2. In the top navigation bar, click Properties and add the "Business model" column. You can follow these instructions if needed
      3. Find the reservation's listing and check if it has a business model or if it is unassigned (does not have a business model):
        • Has a business model:
          1. Click the business model's name. It will open in a new tab. 
          2. In the top-right corner, click Assign listings.
          3. Select the reservation's listing and click Assign and reprocess: make sure the reprocess starting date is before the check-in date of your missing reservation.
        • Is unassigned:
          1. Follow these instructions to create a business model for the listing.
          2. When assigning the listing, be sure to Assign and reprocess: make sure the reprocess starting date is before the check-in date of your missing reservation.
