Connecting your Booking.com account to Guesty is an easy and efficient way to manage your listings. You can even connect multiple Booking.com accounts to your Guesty account! Follow the instructions below to create a Booking.com account or connect an existing account to Guesty.
Creating a Booking.com Account

If you do not have a Booking.com account, you will need to create one in Guesty by following the steps below.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- In the top-right corner, click Add account.
- In the pop-up, click Create account.
- Fill in the legal representative information and company information, and click Next.
- Enter the account nickname and click Submit.
- In the pop-up, review the information and click Got it!
Within a few minutes and up to several hours, you will receive an email from Booking.com with a link to sign a contract. You may receive an additional email requesting you to sign in to Booking.com. During the signing process, a LEID (Legal Entity Identifier) will automatically be created for your account.
Once the status of the account in Guesty updates from "Pending" to "Connected", you will be able to publish listings to Booking.com or link existing listings from Booking.com.
Connecting an Existing Booking.com Account
If you have an existing Booking.com account, follow the steps below to connect it to your Guesty account.
Note:
If you have a Booking.com account with a LEID but it does not have any listings, see more information here.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- In the top-right corner, click Add account.
- Make sure that at least one property is ready to be connected, and also that Guesty is set as the Connectivity Provider. Guesty will automatically approve the connection within an hour. Booking.com will send you an email once the connection is approved.
- In the pop-up, click Connect account.
- Enter the Booking.com Hotel ID: This ID should be associated with the LEID account you want to connect to Guesty. If you do not have a LEID in place, follow these instructions.
- Enter the account nickname: This name will be used internally, to help identify the account in Guesty.
- Enter the company name: The custom integration email will be based on the company name you enter, creating the proxy email address of the new integration.
- Click Add email to enter a forwarding email address, and then click Submit.
- In the pop-up, click Got It!
Once the status of the account in Guesty updates from "Pending" to "Connected", you will be able to publish listings to Booking.com or link listings from Booking.com.
