You can add internal notes about a guest that are only visible to you and your team. These notes travel with the guest's profile to any new reservation. You can also add notes for guests that are reservation-specific.

You can also add an internal note to a guest's conversation in the Inbox.
Add a guest note via the reservation page
Follow the steps below to add a guest note via the reservation page.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- Select the Guests tab on the reservation sub-menu.
- To the right of "Notes", click
. - Enter "Attention notes" for important information, such as "Needs accessibility equipment", or "Good to know notes" for opportunities to delight, such as adding a returning guest's birthday.
- Click Save.
Add a guest note via the Inbox
Follow the steps below to add a guest note directly from a message thread.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Inbox. - In the Inbox submenu, click
. - Under "All conversations" on the left side, click the relevant message thread.
- In the Inbox widgets menu to the right, click
