You can add internal notes about a guest that are only visible to you and your team, and that travel with the guest's profile to any new reservation they book.
Tip:
You can also add an internal note to a guest's conversation in the Inbox.
Follow the instructions below to add notes through the reservation or Inbox.
Adding a guest note via the reservation page
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Scroll down to the "Guest" section.
- To the right of "Notes", click Edit.
- Enter important guest notes in the yellow box.
For example, "Needs accessibility equipment". - Enter good-to-know guest notes in the green box.
For example, "Big football fan". - Click Save.
