You can add internal notes about a guest that are only visible to you and your team. These notes travel with the guest's profile to any new reservation. You can also add notes for guests that are reservation-specific.

Follow the steps below to add a guest note via the reservation page.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Reservations.
  3. Select the relevant reservation.
  4. Select the Guests tab on the reservation sub-menu.
  5. Hover over the "Notes" section and click the Pencil icon.
  6. Enter "Attention notes" for important information, such as "Needs accessibility equipment", or "Good to know notes" for opportunities to delight, such as adding a returning guest's birthday.
  7. Click Save.
