Adding an internal guest note

You can add internal notes about a guest that are only visible to you and your team, and that travel with the guest's profile to any new reservation they book.

Tip:

Follow the instructions below to add notes through the reservation or Inbox.

Adding a guest note via the reservation page

Step by step:

Pro users Lite users

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Click the relevant reservation.
  5. Scroll down to the "Guest" section.
  6. To the right of "Notes", click Edit.
  7. Enter important guest notes in the yellow box.
    For example, "Needs accessibility equipment".
  8. Enter good-to-know guest notes in the green box.
    For example, "Big football fan".
  9. Click Save.

 

Adding a guest note via the Inbox

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click .
  3. In the left sidebar, click Guests inbox.
  4. Under "All conversations" on the left side, click the relevant message thread.
  5. In the vertical toolbar to the far right, click the Guests icon.
  6. Hover over the right side of "Notes", and click Edit.
  7. Enter important guest notes in the yellow box.
    For example, "Needs accessibility equipment".
  8. Enter good-to-know guest notes in the green box.
    For example, "Big football fan".
  9. Click Save.
