Communicate with your guests with ease using Guesty's Inbox. You can send pre-saved responses to answer frequently asked questions quickly, choose how to send a message to a guest, and even communicate internally with your team members or simply leave a note for yourself. Internal Notes are displayed in yellow and are not sent to guests. Follow the instructions below to add an Internal Note to a guest's conversation for you and your team.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Inbox.
- From the drop-down, click Guests Inbox.
- Under "All conversations" on the left side, click the relevant message thread.
- Below the opened conversation thread, click Type your message here.
- Enter the relevant text.
- Below the entered text, click the downward arrow.
- From the drop-down, click Internal Note.
- Click the blue Send button.
