You can update the number of pets for manual or Vrbo reservations(only). To receive reservations with pets, set your listing to allow pets, and add a pet fee.
To add pets to a manual reservation, first create the reservation. Then, in the reservation page, change the number of pets to the relevant number. See the instructions below.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Next to “Summary”, click
. - Under "Pets", use the arrows to set the number of pets.
- Click Change.
- If a "Payout" pop-up appears, Update the relevant information as needed. Then, click Save.
- Charge or adjust the pet fee as needed.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click More, then select Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Next to “Summary”, click .
- Under "Pets", use the arrows to set the number of pets.
- Click Change.
- If a "Payout" pop-up appears, Update the relevant information as needed. Then, click Save.
- Charge or adjust the pet fee as needed
Tip:
You can also change the number of pets in a reservation via the Inbox or the calendar. In the relevant reservation, click 
in the right-side panel.
