Troubleshooting: Unable to change an inquiry to a confirmed reservation

You may be unable to change a reservation status from "Inquiry" to "Confirmed" if a confirmed reservation arrived on Guesty for the same dates after the inquiry was received.

If an overlapping reservation exists, you will see one of the following error messages:

  • Can't confirm reservation with specified dates.
  • The selected multi-unit is not available for the reservation dates.

Note:

Check the listing's monthly calendar or the Multi-Calendar to see if an overlapping reservation was received
