Switching from a Booking.com channel manager to Guesty

If you're currently using a channel manager to connect Booking.com, you can switch to Guesty's direct integration. This simplifies your setup by allowing you to manage your Booking.com listings directly through Guesty.

Follow the instructions below to change your connectivity provider to Guesty and get set up in Guesty.

Note:

  • Reservations with check-in or check-out dates in the future will be automatically imported into Guesty when a listing has been linked.
  • Reservations that originated in the channel manager will automatically change to Booking.com reservations. Each reservation number in Guesty will start with "BC".
  • Add your guest's phone numbers and email addresses. Guest information can be added and edited in the Inbox or the relevant Reservation page.

1. Change the connectivity provider in Booking.com

2. Set up your multi-units in Guesty

If you have listings that are set up as multi-units in your channel manager, create them as multi-units in Guesty before linking them with Booking.com.
