Once you've created a rental agreement template, you can send it to guests to fill in and sign electronically prior to their arrival. Each time you create a rental agreement, a "variable" is created. To send agreements automatically, add the variable to an Automated Message template. A link to the rental agreement will be automatically generated inside the message when it's sent. Follow the instructions below.

Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Automations.
- Click the three-dot menu in the relevant workflow if you'd like to edit the automated message you already have created in the workflow. Follow Step 6 and beyond below.
- To create a new workflow, click New workflow in the top-right corner.
- Set the workflow conditions and create the reservation timeline: Learn more here.
- On the reservation timeline, click any + icon.
- Fill in the relevant information for your automated message: Learn more here.
- Click Save in the top-right corner.
Once the rental agreement is signed, the guest will receive a confirmation email containing a link to download it as a PDF, which will be active for seven days. If the file does not download when clicking the link, ask the guest to check their browser's settings to see if the download is being blocked.
Tip:
Once the rental agreement is sent, it will not update if the reservation is updated. If needed, you can create a new rental agreement.
